19th century Jewish-American Anarchist, Doctor, and translator who was a member of Pioneers of Liberty and co-founder of their publication Varhayt. He would later edit the Yiddish Anarchist newspaper, Fraye Arbeter Shtime.
This publication was printed at the Posy-Schoulson Co-operative Press at 19 West 21st St. Translated from the Yiddish by A. Grossner. Very good condition, light creasing to stapled spine, toning and minimal soiling to wraps and text block, some short open tears to upper corner of lower cover, some wear around edges and corners.
