G.I. Underground Press newspaper from Los Angeles, directed towards an exchange between draft counselors and resisters. This issue announces the SDS draft lawsuit declared after the recruitment of constitutional lawyers---among them, William Kuenstler---who brought an injunction against the Selective Service arguing that no man shall serve in "an illegal, undeclared, unconstitutional military action." This issue of Counterdraft and announcement of the SDS legal action was reprinted from the 8 June 1968 issue of Guardian.

Some light markings to interior text: brackets inked to margins around sections detailing affected countries of origin and draft counselor recommendations on pages 2 and 3, respectively; "rescinded" written in colored pencil across Pennsylvania exceptions section at bottom page 9; and some light underlining to graduate student deferments section on page 10.
